The NW’s Largest Garage Sale was started by Kim & David Buffum in 2009. They and their family have grown this amazing shopping experience into what it is today. They have passed the torch, and we are proud to be the new stewards of this awesome Clark County tradition. We hope to continue to grow and serve our community.

Every April and November we are planning the biggest vendor market in the PNW! From Vintage & Antiques to 3D printed toys, our vendors have so much to offer. This one-day mega sale will be an experience you don’t want to miss!

We strive to support our local vendors and bring our community an opportunity to shop local! As a military family, we understand the importance of serving the community, and we are so grateful for this opportunity.

We are Shawn and Mary Green, and we have been residents of Ridgefield since 2020. Shawn served in the Navy for over 20 years, retiring in 2018. He grew up in eastern Washington and always looked forward to coming back to the state. Mary grew up in California and met Shawn in 2006. After moving almost a dozen times, from Florida to Okinawa, we are finally home.

From our family to yours, thank you! We hope to see you at the sale!

Testimonials

I must tell you that I have been doing toy and toy train shows for at least 49 years. You run one of the smoothest and friendliest operations I have ever experienced. A big reason why I am trying you again.

All the best,  David Dansky

Hello David, my name is Vicki Ring and I had sent you some comments last week over a misunderstanding. I want to tell you that my friends and I attended your show and I can honestly say we all agreed it was ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!!!. We had the time of our lives and we will definitely attend all of your upcoming shows! Congratulations on a job well done and you can count on me to make sure that all all of my garage sale and flea market buddies to be there. I will make sure everybody knows about it and I will even advertise it in our local tabloids. I can hardly wait till your next Show! I came home with some fabulous finds at exceptional prices. Thank you for a well run, exceptional show!

“The best, of the best! LGS Events, (David & Kim) are absolutely wonderful to work with. We have been selling at every event they have had for years now, and would t miss one. Their events are organized, with low booth rental fees so that you can make a lot of money. I like the shopping at the sales too…..so many unique finds and fun making new friends. We would highly recommend selling and shopping at all of their venues. Keep the sale dates coming!”

“I love the sale because it is a good way to make extra money, I’ve always done really well there, and it’s super fun meeting tons of new people getting to know some of the regulars. And Kim and David are awesome to work with..

“This true-to-its-name community garage sale unpacks thousands of wares outside at the Clark County Fairgrounds, and it rarely—if ever—disappoints. Hundreds of individual sellers set up shop with antique collectibles, jewelry, clothing, electronics, tools, and pretty much everything else under the sun, and it’s the shoppers’ job to figure out just how much they’re willing to lug home. The best part for the sellers? They get to keep 100% of their sales, meaning they don’t have to give a single cent to that dusty old accountant hanging out in the box marked ‘Office Supplies’.”
