    Sale Rules & Regulations

    1. All spaces are 100% Non-Refundable. No credit will be transferred from sale to sale.
    2. If the sale is cancelled due to COVID-19 or any other natural disaster, there will be no refunds issued. LGS Events is not responsible for the event being cancelled by the State of Washington or any reasons outside our control.
    3. All spaces must be claimed and filled on vendor set-up day (Friday). Spaces not claimed by 5:00pm on vendor set-up day will be released and no refunds given.
    4. Vendors must cover their space(s) after set-up on Friday.
    5. No Saturday move-in. All spaces must be claimed and filled by 5:00pm on vendor set-up day or they will be released.
    6. No buying or selling is allowed on vendor set-up day.
    7. Vendors will receive one (1) parking pass, regardless of the number of spaces purchased, and regardless of if you are sharing a space with friends or family. Parking is managed by the Clark County Event Center. Lost or stolen parking passes will not be replaced.
    8. . Vendor passes are for vendors only and will not be replaced if lost or stolen extra passes are available on set up day only for $20 each no passes are to be given or sold to sellers.
    9. Food and beverage sales are not allowed (including water).
    10. Drugs (including cannabis), drug paraphernalia, alcohol, and pornography are not allowed on the grounds, and may not be sold.
    11. Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking areas. Cannabis is not allowed on the grounds.
    12. Space Location(s) are all indoors and pre-assigned. Some buildings do not have heat.
    13. Spaces are all 10’ x 10’. If you purchase more than one space, they will be located together.
    14. Doors open @ 5:30AM Saturday day of Sale for vendors only.
    15. Vendors must wear their badge for entrance. Vendor badges may not be given away or sold.
    16. All vendors must be open in their assigned space from 7:00am – 5:00pm. Vendors that close early will be banned from future sales.
    17. Tables may be pre-rented for $12 each; $20 on the set-up day; or you can bring your own.
    18. LGS LLC will verify that each space is selling the correct/approved items. If you are a business, be sure to pay for the correct space. Only one (1) company representative is allowed on site and must be pre-approved.
    19. RV Parking may be available through the Clark County Event Center. Please call 564-397-6180 for information.
    20. Vehicles left in the parking lot overnight is at your own risk. LGS LLC, and the Clark County Event Center is not responsible for stolen or damaged vehicles, trailers, etc., or theft of items inside vehicles, trailers, etc.
    21. Loud music, amplified speakers, duck calls, etc. are not allowed.
    22. Helium balloons, free-floating devices, propane or gases, are not allowed.
    23. Fighting, cursing, or aggressive actions will not be tolerated.
    24. All Spaces must be vacated by 7:00pm (including all garbage).
    25. All items left onsite after 8:00pm on the day of the sale will be disposed of, and the vendor will be subject to a minimum $100 dump fee charge to dispose of those items.
    26. The NW’s Largest Garage Sale (LGS LLC), it’s associated committee(s) or authorities, reserves the right to exclude or reject without recourse any person or items which violate the following rules, or are otherwise deemed objectionable

  • AGREEMENT

    This request to reserve vendor space constitutes an expressed contractual agreement that I agree to all rules and conditions of the Spring 2025 NW’S LARGEST GARAGE SALE & VINTAGE SALE and that I hereby release NW’s LARGEST GARAGE SALE and Vintage Sale from any and all liabilities concerning loss of personal property and/or personal injury that might occur either directly or indirectly from my attending the event.

    The Fairgrounds / Event Center and NW Largest Garage Sale is closely monitoring information shared by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Clark County Health Department about COVID-19. NW Largest Garage Sale are still planning on having our Sales as Scheduled We want our vendors and customers Safe. Safety is our main objective always. So if we have to postpone the Sale we will transfer funds to the new date as a credit, Sale Spaces are still 100% Non-Refundable and all sellers and shoppers participate at their own Risk The Event Center will continue to communicate with event organizers, partners and other key contacts to relay updates We will pass that information to you Our Vendors.
